Since the fire accident happened in Sep 2007, we have been closely following up on different matters regarding the claims and renovation of the clubhouse. This case was brought to the Court in early August and we are waiting for the final judgment. Our lawyer has applied for a special procedure which aims at speeding up the judging process so hopefully the result will be released soon. This is a very encouraging step in the renovation process.
