Updates of Club House
Since the fire accident happened
in Sep 2007, we have been closely following up on different matters regarding
the claims and renovation of the clubhouse. This case was brought to the Court
in early August and we are waiting for the final judgment. Our lawyer has
applied for a special procedure which aims at speeding up the judging process
so hopefully the result will be released soon. This is a very encouraging step
in the renovation process.
Apart from this, we are now able
to start working on demolishing the burnt clubhouse and the reinstallation of
electricity supply. In the short term we will buy a portable electricity
generator so limited supply of electricity can be expected soon. Meanwhile we
are targeting to resume the normal electricity supply for the whole clubhouse as
soon as possible. To achieve this we need to get different approvals from the
government bodies and we have been working on this already. A rough idea of
building up a 2 stories high clubhouse was proposed as well and the detailed
floor plan will be released soon. Should you have any suggestions or comments
